The BC Wildfire Service is encouraging the public to exercise caution with any outdoor burning. The current weather forecast is calling for increased winds starting today, through the long weekend, throughout the entire Prince George Fire Centre. Winds up to 50km/h, gusting to 80km/h in some areas, can be expected with abrupt wind-direction changes.
